Online Return Policies
Returning items ordered online is easy, for most returns there is no need to contact us.
Within 60 days of receipt of your shipment (excluding textbooks, course packs, lab manuals, study guides,
test preparation books/manuals, review books, Cliffs Notes, computer books, computer hardware, and special order items),
you may return the item in its original condition with original packaging and accessories, for any reason, for a full refund.
We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
You may return textbooks before the posted return date of that semester in original condition as when purchased,
with no markings and binding intact. All materials included in packages or bundles, such as access codes, software,
multimedia products, CDs, etc, must be returned as a complete set and in its original unopened packaging in order to
receive a refund. Computer-related software and multimedia products are returnable in their original unopened packaging
only within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
The deadline to return textbooks is per the following timeframe:
- First 10 class days of the fall or spring semester or first 30 class days if class is dropped with drop slip provided.
- First 5 class days of a summer session or first 10 class days if class is dropped with drop slip provided.
- Within 3 business days of purchase providing it does not fall within the no refund/exchange period.
- No refund/exchange periods are between the time beginning 3 weeks prior to the first day of final exams through the
last day of final exams. In addition, no refunds or exchanges are given between the time beginning 10 days prior to and
through the day of exams.
Computer Software, Hardware, and Related Accessories
Returns/exchanges on software and computer
accessories will be accepted within 30 days from purchase date in original condition, unopened, and undamaged. Computer
hardware is not eligible for return or exchange. Special order items are non-refundable unless defective and then may
be exchanged only with store receipt.
If you are returning a gift, include the packing slip with the item you are returning and indicate the reason for
return. Wrap the package securely and ship the package to the return address. If you do not have your packing
slip, please indicate the order number and/or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this
order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Include the original packing slip and sales receipt (or a photocopy) with the items you are
returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address below. Please note the reason for
your return. Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number for future reference since we
cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns. We prefer UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10
business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a
result of our error.
