ECU Dowdy Student Stores offers students three convenient ways to purchase their textbooks online.
1) Distance Education Students:
Distance Education Students can select their desired textbooks, pay online, and have their books delivered right to their doorstep. Distance Learning & Continuing Studies course sections are listed as Section Numbers 600, 601, 602, etc. Example: LIBS-6018-600, SPED-2000-601.
2) On Campus Students
Students taking classes on campus can select their desired textbooks, pay online, and have their books boxed and ready for pick-up at the Dowdy Student Store in the Wright Building. In store pick-up orders for Fall 2010 can be placed through Dowdy Student Stores online store beginning MONDAY, JULY 26, 2010.
• Please allow 3 business days for all Pick-up in store orders.
PLEASE WAIT FOR THE EMAIL STATING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED BEFORE COMING TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER!!
Important Order & Shipping Information for All Online Textbook Orders:
- Orders cannot be shipped to campus dorm addresses or PO Boxes.
- All online orders require credit card payment via Visa or Mastercard when order is submitted.
- Total provided during check out is an estimate and will be adjusted during order fulfillment based on new or used book availability.
- If the "Used Only with No Substitutions" option is selected and used books are unavailable then that portion of the order will be canceled. Same will apply to orders for "New Only with No Substitutions".
- Please allow at least 3 full business days for pick-up & 3 full business days for ship-to order processing during peak times (beginning of a semester).
- UPS Standard Ground is used for shipping orders.
- Shipping charges will be manually adjusted during order processing for all orders shipped outside the continental United States.
- The textbook listing on the order site is updated several times throughout the day. If a course or section is not currently listed please check back as we are still receiving textbook requisitions from instructors.

- Our online store uses your ECU Pirate ID and Passphrase to login. We encourage customers to reset their Passphrase if they are experiencing difficulty logging into our site. ECU ITCS offers an online Passphrase maintenance system that can reset your Passphrase automatically [Click Here].
