Your Online Rental Order

Online Textbook Ordering
Your online source for all your textbook needs!

ECU Dowdy Student Stores offers students two convenient ways to purchase their textbooks online.

Order your textbooks online and have them delivered directly to you. One shipping fee covers your entire book order. Any backordered books not currently available are shipped with no additional shipping charge once they are back in stock. You will receive email notification of any books that are not currently available.
Order your textbooks online and pick them up in our store. Let us pull your books and have them ready for you to pick up when you arrive on campus. Book orders placed prior to August 10 will be available for you to pick up beginning August 17. Orders placed after this date will need two to three day processing time before picking up your book order.

Please note the following when placing your order:

Orders are NOT charged to your card prior to us pulling the books and processing your order.
Prices are subject to change due to our books arriving from our suppliers at a different cost than originally entered from the last time our order was placed.
All online orders require payment via Visa or Mastercard. Click here for information regarding DE students using financial aid refunds to purchase books.
There are times that we need to substitute your order for a new or used book of the SAME title. Please note that if you select to not allow us to substitute your order that we may not be able to fill your order depending on availability of the title that you have selected.
We ship UPS - you must have a street address for UPS to deliver your package. All orders shipped outside of the continental United States will need additional delivery time and shipping charge will be manually adjusted during the time your order is processed.
Our online store uses your ECU Pirate ID and Passphrase to login. If you are having issues logging into our site please reset your passphrase and do NOT begin your passphrase with a special character (~, $, #, @, etc). [click here]. Textbook information listed online is the most up to date information currently available. Book orders are subject to change and are beyond our control. If you buy a book from our online store or in the store, we will guarantee a no hassle exchange or refund to get the correct book for your course. You must provide a receipt to exchange or refund store purchases.
We offer a rental option for many of our titles online and in the store. Prices and title selection may vary. Online rental titles are processed and handled separately from our in store rental books. Allow five to seven business days for your online rental books to ship to you or to our store.
Online Textbook Rentals are not guaranteed to contain all supplemental materials (access codes, DVDs or workbooks)
